Event cancellation policy

EVENT Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by e-mail to cancel@haw.world.
An 75% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received more than 45 days prior to the scheduled event.
A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 45 and 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
A 25% refund will be granted if the request is received between 29 and 15 days prior to the scheduled event.

No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 14 days prior to the scheduled event.

If the event is cancelled, your ticket remains valid. Even if COVID measures would make it impossible to organize the event on 13 December, the Happiness@Work has reserved a back-up date in the Spring of 2022.
