I’d rather not introduce myself stating my resume. I prefer to just share one of the most important insights I have gained in the past 12 years as director & co-founder of LCG. I myself have often been the limitation of the organization’s growth. Because of my own difficulty in letting go, giving real trust or thinking too small, the organisation sometimes stood still for a while, or grew less quickly than possible. By sharing the responsibility for the operational management with my colleagues, and thus giving them more freedom, we have realized qualitative and quantitative growth. It also creates a far more pleasant organisation to work in. LCG has ranked #1 Great Place To Work for six consecutive years.
